The product
The self-sealing wolfseal wolfseal floor drain with wolfseal special composite coating and sealing ring as a connection to the floor slab. The floor drain with vertical drain, odor trap or sludge bucket, stainless steel or ABS slotted grating and construction time protection cover is used to drain surfaces through water-impermeable components.
The field of application
The wolfseal floor drain can be used to drain areas formed by impermeable reinforced concrete components. Penetration of the slabs is now possible without risk with the wolfseal floor drain. Basement floors can therefore be drained safely via underground pipes in the subsoil area. The “water impermeable” requirement of the white tank is fully met by the tried and tested wolfseal connection tape and an additional water barrier. This guarantees double safety against water permeability.
The processing
The following steps must be carried out before installing the wolfseal floor drain: Lay the drainage under the clean layer, lay out the PE foil, lay the lower reinforcement and cut out the drainage. Install the floor drain up to the construction period protection cover, which serves to protect against soiling during the construction period. The protective film of the floor drain is then removed and the floor slab is concreted. Once the floor structure and floor covering have been laid, the top section with grate can be installed.
