The product
Thepro InsulationSealElements consist of a large-format XPS insulation board with a wolfseal fresh concrete bond sealing membrane laminated on one side, which can be installed under floor slabs and on external walls.
The elements serve as backflow-proof thermal insulation and, in conjunction with white tubs, as crack-bridging external waterproofing against pressing and non-pressing water.
Thepro insulating sealing elements in the format 2.40 m x 2.75 m with the required compressive strength are produced for installation under the floor slab.
For installation on walls, thepro insulating sealing elements are produced with a width of 2.40 m and an individual height of up to 5 m.
Approved for use against pressing and non-pressing water in conjunction with a white tank in accordance with the WU guideline
The field of application
For waterproofing structures for the load case of pressing water in conjunction with a white tank and in accordance with DIN 18533 for the load case of ground moisture, including backflow-proof perimeter insulation.
The processing
The thepro insulating sealing element is installed in the wall formwork. Recesses and penetrations are simply cut out on site. With the FBV system, the thepro DDE is connected to the concrete wall monolithically and securely. The thepro DDE can be inserted against the shoring with single-sided formwork or into the formwork with double-sided formwork.
The processing guidelines must be observed.
