Shuttering elements consist of a shaped part made of expanded metal and stiffening round steel. The surface of the expanded metal forms a rough surface after the first section has been concreted. The front side and the stiffening bracing are arranged in such a way that the wolfseal KB joint system can be inserted centrally into the elements. <\/p>\n

The element length is 2.40 m for floor surfaces and 2.70 m for wall surfaces. Available for installation dimensions between 12 and 26 cm.<\/p>\n

For dividing large wall\/floor areas into several concreting sections. For floor slabs, the shuttering elements panels are installed between the upper and lower reinforcement layers and are used to form individual concreting cycles. <\/p>\n

For in-situ concrete walls, the shuttering elements elements are installed between the outer and inner reinforcement layers. The split and angled shaped parts made of expanded metal are welded onto stiffening shaped steel. They ensure a rigid bond between the components and provide space for the use of the wolfseal KB joint system. The concreting sections below the lower reinforcement and above the upper reinforcement layer must be formed separately. <\/p>\n

The areas above and below both reinforcement layers must be formed separately on site. After fixing the shuttering elements element, the wolfseal KB joint system is inserted into the central opening of the shuttering elements elements. The shuttering elements in-situ concrete elements are installed in the same way. The wolfseal shuttering elements elements for prefabricated parts are attached to the outer and inner wall shell using impact dowels. <\/p>\n
